PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Perry Roscrow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sekhmakh Mubarak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Roscrow comes into the arena with Big Time blaring out of the sound system. The key to victory for Perry Roscrow has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Sekhmakh Mubarak!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Paul Tew and Sam Margolis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Roscrow with that takedown attempt.
Horrible takedown by Roscrow or perhaps it was just good defense by Mubarak which made him look bad.
Mubarak shoots for a double leg takedown but Roscrow sprawls well. He's pushed Mubarak's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Mubarak feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Mubarak working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.

Roscrow escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Mubarak gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Roscrow wants to stand but Mubarak is controlling the position.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Mubarak stands over his opponent and dives in with a flying punch! Roscrow throws up his legs and catches Mubarak in a triangle! Oh this looks tight! Mubarak tries to escape but he's forced to tap! Wow, fantastic work there by Roscrow! That came out of nowhere!
