Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sammy Sprinkles (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rashid Magomedov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Magomedov is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wauzrPn0cfg&feature=related. On his way into the cage it seems that Sammy Sprinkles has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Sammy Sprinkles seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Aleksandr Martynov and Dmitry Maklakov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sprinkles tries to clinch but Magomedov is having none of it.

Sprinkles gets caught napping as Magomedov dives in and scores a takedown. Sprinkles manages to retain guard.
Sprinkles escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Magomedov gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Sprinkles is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Magomedov is aware though and is defending well.
Sprinkles is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Magomedov defends well.
Magomedov decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Sprinkles is looking to control Magomedov's arms but Magomedov gets an underhook and turns him. Now Sprinkles has his back to the cage.

Magomedov darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Magomedov is trying to work for a kimura but Sprinkles is defending well.
Sprinkles looking to force a kimura from the bottom here. He's concentrating on that move too much though and Magomedov pushes past his half guard into mount!
Sprinkles is breathing heavily.

Magomedov pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Magomedov throws a head kick but Sprinkles moves out of range.
Sprinkles looks to land a combination but Magomedov avoids it well.

Sprinkles lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Sprinkles.
Magomedov closes the distance and clinches up with Sprinkles, looking for a takedown. Magomedov pushes Sprinkles against the cage but Sprinkles circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Magomedov changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Sprinkles tries to avoid it but Magomedov manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Sprinkles to the ground. Sprinkles escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Sprinkles will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
