The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vovochka shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Volohander is trying to defend but Vovochka finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Vovochka lands a nice short elbow.
Vovochka is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Vovochka looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Vovochka thows a huge punch but Volohander dodges it nicely.

Vovochka is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Volohander sees it coming and defends easily.
Volohander knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Vovochka on the ground.
Vovochka is trying for a kimura here. Volohander looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Vovochka wins by kimura!
