Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hiwatari shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.

Hiwatari fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Nater avoids it really well and circles away.

Nater drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Hiwatari gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Hiwatari changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Nater fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Nater tries to score a body lock takedown but Hiwatari shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Hiwatari is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Hiwatari is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Nater stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Hiwatari swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Hiwatari is looking for a triangle but Nater pushes his legs off easily.

Nater has gone for a leg lock! Hiwatari slips out almost immediately though and dives into Nater's guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Hiwatari seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Nater is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
