The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, John Mangel and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Munoz looking to score a takedown here. Votrov is defending well but Munoz drives through and ends up in Votrov's guard.
Munoz must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Votrov had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Munoz defends it easily.
Votrov wants to sweep but no luck.
Munoz stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Votrov swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Munoz wants to control from the top but Votrov keeps moving.
Munoz really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Votrov. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Votrov is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Munoz is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Munoz has escaped and now he's on top!
Votrov has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Munoz should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Votrov has tightened it up now! Munoz should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
