The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Kane as Beck shoots in.
Beck wants to clinch up but Kane keeps it at a distance.
Kane avoids the head kick by Beck.
Beck looks to land a combination but Kane avoids it well.
Kane tries to clinch but Beck is having none of it.
The fight stays on the outside here - Kane looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Kane throws a leg kick which misses Beck's front leg but catches the back leg as Beck tries to avoid it.
Beck avoids a kick to the body.
Nice defenses there by Kane.
Beck stuffs the takedown attempt from Kane. Kane gets slowly back to his feet.
Horrible takedown by Beck or perhaps it was just good defense by Kane which made him look bad.
Beck looks to throw a body kick
and Kane counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Kane fails with an attempt to clinch.

Beck has closed the distance and engaged Kane in a clinch.
Beck is breathing heavily.
Kane can't break the clinch.
Beck wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Kane tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Beck just stands there and leans against the cage.
Beck wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Kane has him pressed against the cage.

Kane pulls guard.
Beck would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Beck wants to stand and escape but instead Kane has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

Kane works over Beck with some ground and pound from guard.
Kane thows a big elbow that misses.
Kane looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
Kane wants to stand but Beck is controlling his posture from full guard.
Kane trying to control but Beck is working from the bottom.
Kane connects with a couple of short punches.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Beck has managed to clinch.
Kane has had enough of the clinch but Beck keeps him there for the moment.
Knees to the body from Beck.
Kane works on Beck's body with a couple of short punches.

Kane pulls Beck into guard.

Kane takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Kane takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Beck lands a head kick that stumbles Kane and the fighters go to the mat.

Kane is rocked!

It looks like Matt Kane has been cut.

Beck stands up from Kane's guard - Beck perhaps looking for a knockout.
Kane is still on wobbly legs! Can Beck finish him?

Beck has managed to clinch.
Beck lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!

Beck escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Beck looks to throw a body kick
and Kane counters with a straight right hand.
Beck drops Kane with a beautiful combination! Kane stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Beck is looking for the KO!

Beck has taken the fight to the clinch.
Beck with a knee to the head.
Beck gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Kane.
Blake Beck has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Matt Kane.

Beck manages to break the clinch.
Kane misses with a wild body shot.
Beck circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Kane drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Beck follows Kane to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
