Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ivan Aleksander (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leonide Mikhailov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Aleksander might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Backbone - Gojira. Mikhailov has chosen The Prodigy - Mindfields as his entrance music. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aleksander uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Mikhailov .

Mikhailov tries to clinch there but Aleksander circles away.

The fight stays on the outside here - Mikhailov looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Mikhailov tries to close the distance and clinch up but Aleksander swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Mikhailov works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.

It looks like Ivan Aleksander has been cut.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Aleksander cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Aleksander knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Mikhailov on the ground.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Aleksander postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Mikhailov badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Aleksander around the waist but Aleksander pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Aleksander is the winner by TKO! Aleksander jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
