The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kazama lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Kazama tries a head kick but it misses.
Kazama scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Kazama lands a jab-cross combination.
Jones throws a leg kick
and Kazama counters with a three punch combo that has Jones backing up. Jones nods at Kazama to acknowledge the strikes.
Kazama thows a body kick. Jones tries to catch it but that hurt him.

Jones gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Kazama is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Jones has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Kazama is looking to defend but Jones has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Kazama! Jones pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Kazama taps out and this one is all over!
