PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Allen Iverson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Karl Saxon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Saxon's choice of entrance music: Rammstein-kokain. Karl Saxon told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Iverson digs a good body shot into Saxon's ribs.
Saxon fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Iverson uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Saxon.
Iverson cracks a nice hook into Saxon's ribs.

Saxon closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Iverson did well to prevent Saxon getting side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

BOOM! Iverson lands a beautiful left hook that drops Saxon. Saxon tries to recover but Iverson is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Saxon lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
