Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sam Synephrine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Skylar Bennett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Synephrine comes to the cage accompanied by Hammerfall - Hearts On Fire . Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Sam Synephrine! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Skylar Bennett! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Gregory Folan and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Synephrine looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Synephrine wants to land a leg kick but Bennett is out of range. Bennett lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
It looks like Sam Synephrine has been cut. Some bone on bone action there as Bennett checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Synephrine fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Bennett lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Bennett. Synephrine misses with a takedown and Bennett counters with a nice leg kick. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sam Synephrine. That's going to take a lot out of him. Synephrine is trying hard to land a takedown here. Bennett sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. A nice combination there by Bennett.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Synephrine misses with an uppercut. Synephrine tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Bennett counters with a flying knee. Nice.
That's one minute gone in the round. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Synephrine. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Synephrine lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Bennett has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Bennett and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Left hook, right uppercut from Bennett. Synephrine closes the distance but Bennett moves to the side and Bennett counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Synephrine shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Bennett counters with a right hand to the body. Synephrine is breathing heavily. Bennett tries a head kick but it misses.
Bennett pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Synephrine back to the cage. Bennett follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Bennett is looking to slow Synephrine down with leg kicks. Bennett connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Sam Synephrine's cut is getting worse. Bennett ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bennett pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Bennett getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Bennett! Synephrine is out on his feet! Bennett rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Synephrine is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Synephrine is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
