Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, William Peck and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Christ shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Machado pinned against the cage. Machado gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Christ shoots in and drives through. Machado sprawls well.
Christ takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Machado throws a shot to the body.
Christ shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Machado as he jumps to the side.
Paulo Machado has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jesus Christ.
Christ shoots in but no luck this time.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Machado lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Christ looks gassed!
Christ shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Machado but Machado pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Christ tries to move into range but Machado moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Paulo Machado is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Machado throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Good exchange - Machado coming out on top.
Christ's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Machado connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Christ scrambles back to his feet.
Christ takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

Machado stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Machado wants it to stay on the feet.

Jesus Christ seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Machado connects with a nice looking jab.

Machado fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Christ looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Machado cracks Christ with an open hand slap.
Machado is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Machado lands a lovely overhand right.
Christ walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Machado scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Machado's corner calls for a 1-2. Machado obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Christ takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Christ takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Machado catches Christ with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Machado connects with a good right hand that stumbles Christ. Christ circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
A punch lands to the side of Christ 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Christ is rocked!
Machado avoids the head kick by Christ.
Machado scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Christ doesn't seem bothered though.
Christ drops his hands momentarily and Machado takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Christ shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Machado lands a slapping body shot.
Machado digs a good hook to Christ's body.
Machado connects with the punch.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Machado leaves Christ with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Machado goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Machado connects with a crisp jab.
Machado lunges at Christ with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Christ's hand.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
A left and a right from Machado both land. Nice combination.
Christ has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye.
Christ moves to clinch but Machado breaks away
and Christ takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Paulo Machado dominated that round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Machado lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Christ can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Machado and Christ drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Machado.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Paulo Machado!
