Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Kuli Feia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dyno Mite (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Feia's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Haka. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Alan Glass and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Feia forces Mite back against the cage and clinches.
Feia ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Feia no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Mite wants to get up but he can't break Feia's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Feia pulls Mite in close to his closed guard and prevents Mite from doing any damage or advancing position.
Feia is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Mite is controlling him.
Mite tries to free his leg and advance position but Feia is retaining full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Mite postures up.
Feia looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Mite trying to control but Feia is working from the bottom.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.
Mite shoots in looking for a takedown. Feia tries to sprawl out of it but Mite keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Feia manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Mite misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Feia bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Feia is chipping away with strikes.

Feia lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Mite down.

and Feia counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Feia.
Mite wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Feia has him pressed against the cage.
Feia is trying to trip Mite. He has hold of a leg but Mite is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Feia persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
Feia has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Mite looking for a sweep. Not yet Mite, not yet.
Feia gets to his feet - Mite follows without any prompting.

Kuli Feia has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dyno Mite.
Mite utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

That's time! Feia's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Feia jumps into guard, dragging Mite to the mat.

Feia is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Feia misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

and Feia counters with a nice double leg into side control. Mite won't be happy with that.

Feia swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Mite is now in Feia's guard. A big mistake from Feia there, giving up the dominant position!
