The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
cunns tries to clinch up but Omen circles away and keeps his distance.

Omen drives through with a takedown into guard.
Omen trying to control but cunns is working from the bottom.
cunns wants to stand and escape but Omen is having none of it.

cunns pushes Omen off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
cunns drops Omen with a nice combination! cunns dives into Omen's guard, looking to finish!
Omen pulls cunns in to control the position.
cunns wants to stand but Omen has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

cunns stands up from Omen's guard - cunns perhaps looking for a knockout.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
cunns doesn't manage to clinch there - Omen circles away.
Some wild striking there from cunns.
cunns swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
cunns is breathing heavily.

Omen shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

cunns's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
cunns in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head.
Omen landing strikes from the mount.

Omen with shots to the head and body - cunns looks very uncomfortable down there.
cunns is trying to stand but he's not in a good position to be doing that! Omen has taken his back!
