Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Monk Eastman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Christoph Stenner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stenner has chosen Escapado - Freiraum as his entrance music. Christoph Stenner looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Monk Eastman! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Christoph Stenner! The judges for this bout are John Roberts, David Schapiro and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stenner throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Eastman rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Stenner counters with a nice double leg into half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Stenner landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Stenner working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Stenner stops Eastman from getting back to his feet.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Eastman tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land. Eastman is looking to escape. Eastman on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Stenner looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Eastman with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Stenner postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Eastman to stand up. Stenner manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Eastman on his heels. He'll look to pass Eastman's guard now, I'm sure. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Eastman wants to get back to his feet but Stenner is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Stenner slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Eastman wants to get back to his feet but Stenner is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Stenner drops an elbow to the side of Eastman's head. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Stenner lands a nice short elbow. Eastman scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Stenner manages to mount him!
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Stenner cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Eastman takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Stenner lands a big shot there that rocks Eastman but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Stenner controlling the pace for now.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Eastman is trying to stand. Stenner controlling from the full mount. Eastman's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. Stenner is landing with some decent strikes but Eastman is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Eastman taking shots to the head. Stenner lands with some strikes.
Eastman is rocked!
It looks like Monk Eastman has been cut. Stenner lands a big shot to the head and Eastman winces in pain. He's tapped out due to strikes!
