The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Samcjez misses with a double jab.
Stills shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Samcjez counters with a left to the body.
Stills shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

Samcjez misses with a head kick.
Stills chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Samcjez can pounce on him.
Samcjez scores with a three punch combo!

It looks like Stephen Stills has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Stills circles away from the clinch attempt.
Samcjez buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Stills fails with the takedown
and Samcjez counters with a straight right hand.
Camillo Samcjez has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Stephen Stills.
Stills throws a right and a left that Samcjez avoids nicely.

Samcjez circles away from the clinch attempt.
Stills walks into a straight right hand from Samcjez.

Samcjez fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Stills, pushing him back against the cage.

Stills tries to pull guard but Samcjez holds him up against the cage and eventually Stills drops back down to his feet.
Stills is trying desperately to land a takedown but Samcjez is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Stills.

Samcjez breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Stills changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Samcjez looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Stills tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Stills has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Stills thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Stills looks gassed!

Stills is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Samcjez is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Stills wants to control but Samcjez is keeping him busy.
Samcjez is looking to regain half guard here but Stills keeps moving and retains side control.
