Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Takeru Kyle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Craig Broph (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kyle's entrance music is I Like to Move It. A fine choice. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, James Atkins and Donald Grub.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Broph thows a leg kick but Kyle checks it
and Kyle counters with a stiff right hand.
A low kick from Broph is predictable there
and Kyle counters with an outside leg kick.
Kyle throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Broph dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Kyle. That did some damage!

and Kyle counters with a low kick, right behind Broph 's knee.
Broph throws the left hand but Kyle avoids the punch easily.
Broph ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

and Kyle counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
A slapping leg kick lands for Broph.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Kyle is defended easily by Broph.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Broph moves out of range of the strikes.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Kyle swings widly with a right hand
and Broph counters with a straight right hand.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Takeru Kyle will probably get the nod.

Broph slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Broph throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Kyle lands with a kick to the ribs.
Kyle tries for a takedown but Broph sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Broph uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Kyle has time to react.
Broph throws a right and a left that Kyle avoids nicely.

and Broph counters with a two punch combo.

and Kyle takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

and Kyle counters with a lovely straight right hand!

and Kyle counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Broph wants to get back to his feet but Kyle passes into half guard.

Kyle prevents Broph from standing back up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Broph pushes Kyle off and gets back to his feet.
Broph lands an overhand right.
Kyle looks for a takedown but Broph sprawls well.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Kyle tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Broph throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Kyle sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Kyle misses with a low kick as Broph jumps back.
Kyle throws a solid leg kick but Broph takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Kyle.

Craig Broph has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

and Broph counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Broph.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Takeru Kyle.
Well Kyle has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
