The crowd seem to be enjoying Russel's choice of entrance music: Undercover Martyn. Dunch Henry is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Russel throws a half hearted mid kick.
Russel goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Henry looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Russel tries a head kick but it misses.
Russel cracks Henry with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Henry throws a hook to the side of Russel's head but Russel sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

and Henry counters with a takedown into side control.

Henry works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.

Oooooh, big shot lands for Henry! Russel is hurt baaadly! Henry is firing away with more strikes - Russel is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
