The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pervo showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Katorjnov.
Katorjnov lands with an overhand left.

It looks like Pera Pervo has been cut.
Katorjnov connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Pervo's hands.
Pervo fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Pervo shoots in for a takedown but Katorjnov shows good takedown defense.
Pervo fails to land the takedown.
Nickolay Katorjnov has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pera Pervo.
Katorjnov scores with a leg kick.
Katorjnov moves into range and throws a big uppercut. OH! Pervo goes down! Can Katorjnov finish him!?

Pervo is rocked!

Katorjnov jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.

That has opened up Pera Pervo's cut even more.
Katorjnov misses the shot to the body.
Katorjnov looks to score with a jab to the body but Pervo is just out of range.
Katorjnov misses with a body kick.
Pervo uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Katorjnov.
Pervo shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Pervo has a takedown stuffed.
Pervo looks gassed!
A punch lands to the side of Pervo 's head but he takes it in his stride.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Katorjnov lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Pervo can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Katorjnov and Pervo drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Katorjnov.
