Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ken Kelly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake Tentotlon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tentotlon throws a body kick, spinning off balance

and Kelly counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Tentotlon's guard now.
Tentotlon avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Kelly sitting in guard here, content to control.
Kelly postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Kelly slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Kelly working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Tentotlon is trying to control the position but Kelly postures up.
Kelly pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Tentotlon is keeping the position for now.
Kelly passes into half guard.

Kelly thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Tentotlon's head.
Kelly throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Tentotlon won't allow Kelly to pass to mount.
Kelly perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Kelly throwing shots but Tentotlon is blocking nicely.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Kelly looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Kelly has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
