Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Donkey Kong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Amir Halilov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Donkey Kong could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Amir Halilov's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Halilov blocks a head kick by Kong.

Kong has managed to clinch.

Halilov gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Kong regains guard.
Halilov pushing down on Kong's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Kong has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Halilov is working away from the top position though.

Halilov is working for a kimura but Kong is defending it quite comfortably.
Halilov is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Kong!
Halilov wants to control the pace but Kong is squirming around nicely.
Kong is working to get back to half guard.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Halilov with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Kong is desperately trying to improve his position but Halilov has a good base and remains in mount.

Halilov is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Kong has managed to escape the submission attempt.

Halilov looking to secure an arm triangle but Kong defends it well.

Halilov is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Kong can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Halilov has hold of Kong's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Kong manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Halilov avoids the attempt from Kong to control.

Kong tries to lock up and control but Halilov gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

No luck with that takedown attempt from Halilov.
Halilov gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Kong counters with a crisp one two that drops Halilov! Kong thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Halilov to his feet! Halilov is in big trouble!

Halilov is rocked!
Halilov tries to score a power double leg takedown but Kong sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Halilov somewhat.
Donkey Kong has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Amir Halilov.
Kong cracks Halilov on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Halilov falls backwards against the ropes. Kong follows up with more strikes that drop Halilov to his knees. Kong keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Halilov! This one is all over!
