Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
hurricane changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. ferrell tries to avoid it but hurricane manages to keep hold of a leg and drag ferrell to the ground. ferrell escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
hurricane tries to clinch but ferrell moves out of range.
hurricane fails with a takedown attempt.

ferrell drives through with a takedown into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

hurricane working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. ferrell doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but hurricane is tightening it up a little... ferrell has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! ferrell reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! ferrell taps out! nice BJJ there by hurricane!
