Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kyle Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jeff Flash (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Smith comes into the arena with Dragonforce - Through the Fire & the Flames blaring out of the sound system. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith slaps away a takedown attempt from Flash, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Flash misses with a takedown attempt - Smith sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Smith throws a right hand that Flash ducks under and follows up with a left that Flash also avoids with ease.
Smith lands with a hook. Flash tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

It looks like Jeff Flash has been cut.
Smith shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Smith keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Kyle Smith has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jeff Flash.
Smith misses the jab.
The crowd cheers as Smith lands an impressive looking overhand right. Flash doesn't seem phased though.
Smith scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Flash doesn't seem bothered though.

Smith connects with a jab.

Flash shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Smith sprawls well. Smith wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Flash gets slowly back to his feet.
Smith lands with an overhand left.

Flash is rocked!
Smith closes the distance and lands a brutal uppercut that knocks Flash out! We're looking at the replay now - he was out before he hit the floor!
