Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Pedro Cerrano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Curtis Porter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Porter drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
You can see the frustration on Cerrano's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Porter scores with a couple of short elbows.
Porter throws a strike aimed at the side of Cerrano's head but Cerrano avoids it well.
Cerrano is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Cerrano is refusing to be controlled, as Porter sits in half guard.
Porter not landing any meaningful shots this time.

Cerrano tries to get to full guard but Porter has control of the leg.

Porter is taking a breather. Cerrano says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Cerrano tries to get to full guard but Porter has control of the leg.
Porter thows a huge punch but Cerrano dodges it nicely.
Cerrano makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Cerrano.
Porter controls from within his opponent's guard.
Cerrano looking to hit a scissor sweep but Porter is one step ahead there.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Porter wants to pass the guard but Cerrano is keeping the position.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Porter misses with a series of wild punches.

Cerrano ducks under a wild hook from Porter.
Cerrano gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Porter counters with a nice double leg into side control. Cerrano won't be happy with that.

Porter wants to lay and pray for a moment but Cerrano keeps working.
Porter throwing strikes but Cerrano manages to buck up and roll into a nice reversal - now he's on top in side control!
Porter gets back to half guard.
Cerrano is trying to control the action in half guard but Porter is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Cerrano wants to work for an arm triangle but Porter is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Porter gets full guard.
Porter looks gassed!

Cerrano drops back, looking for a kneebar! Porter looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Porter looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Porter!

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Cerrano fails with the takedown

and Porter counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Cerrano!
Cerrano tries to hold on but Porter pushes him away.
Porter thowing shots but they're missing.
Cerrano is trying desperately to improve position.
Cerrano manages to work a leg through to get back to half guard here. Good work there by Cerrano, under a barage of strikes from Porter.

Cerrano is pressing down on Porter's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.

Cerrano is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Porter is controlling him.
Porter throws and elbow that misses. Cerrano uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Porter's guard. Nice move by Cerrano!

Porter can't keep his opponent in guard - Cerrano advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Cerrano prevents Porter from improving his position.
Porter is breathing heavily.

Cerrano is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Porter is just riding it out for now. Cerrano eventually gives up the hold.

Cerrano seems to be looking for submissions.

Cerrano is working for a kimura but Porter is defending it quite comfortably.
