The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tuominen has a takedown stuffed.
Tuominen misses with a takedown
and Monottaja counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Tuominen tries to clinch up but Monottaja circles away and keeps his distance.
Monottaja displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Tuominen.

Monottaja explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Monottaja is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

and Monottaja counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
