Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chen Chong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Lightning (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lightning comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Hate it or love it kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! John Lightning has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Edson Gomes and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chong rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Lightning moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Chong looks to land a combination but Lightning avoids it well.
Chong closes the distance and clinches.
Chong breaks the clinch.
Chong will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
A jab-cross combination lands for Chong and sends Lightning crashing to the mat! Chong follows him down to the mat - Lightning regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!
Lightning is rocked!
Chong wants to get back to his feet.

Lightning trying to hold on to Chong's head to control him but Chong postures up.
Lightning seems to have recovered his senses.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Chong lands a two punch combo.
Chong gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Chong keeps control of Lightning as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Chong wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Lightning has him pressed against the cage.

Chong moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

Chong lands with a right that hurts Lightning. Lightning looks to clinch but Chong throws a short knee that drops Lightning. This one is all over!
