The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Henderson with that takedown attempt.
Blythe throws a head kick but Henderson moves out of range.
Henderson takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Blythe fails in his attempt to clinch.
Henderson takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Henderson takes a kick to the side of the head.
Blythe lands a head kick. Henderson smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

Good leg kick by Blythe there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Blythe tries to clinch there but Henderson circles away.
Blythe misses with a wild body shot.
Henderson blocks a head kick by Blythe.

Henderson takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Blythe stuffs the takedown attempt from Henderson. Henderson gets slowly back to his feet.
Blythe fails with an attempt to clinch.
Henderson takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Henderson is breathing heavily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Blythe doesn't manage to clinch there - Henderson circles away.
Henderson takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Henderson takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Henderson sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Bobby Joe Blythe seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Blythe lands a big head kick that sends Henderson tumbling to the mat! Blythe takes a step backwards and waves Henderson back to his feet - he wants the finish!
