The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morning closes the distance but Rowlah moves to the side

and Rowlah decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Morning's guard.
Rowlah thows a big elbow that misses.
Rowlah wants to pass the guard but Morning is keeping the position.

Morning shoots for a double leg takedown but Rowlah sprawls well. He's pushed Morning's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Rowlah's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

and Rowlah counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Rowlah drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Rowlah stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Morning swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Rowlah is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Rowlah cracks Morning with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Rowlah jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Morning is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Morning and Rowlah has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Morning manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!
Rowlah wants to get back to full guard but Morning has mounted him!

Morning trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Morning prevents Rowlah from getting the reversal.
Rowlah slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.
Rowlah is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Morning works his foot free and advances to mount.
Rowlah is trying to escape the mount.

Jonah Rowlah is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Rowlah is squirming around, avoiding Morning's attempts to control the action.
Mackin Morning has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Morning throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Rowlah because Morning loaded up on that one.

Jonah Rowlah showed his dominance in that final round.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Rowlah, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
