Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Fernando Terere (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Falcon Malcon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Falcon Malcon is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Fernando Terere! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Falcon Malcon! The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Paulo Santos and Emerson Jorge.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Malcon fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Malcon getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Malcon listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Terere on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Terere shoots in and bounces Malcon off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. This has been an exciting period of action! Terere slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Terere wants to control from the top but Malcon keeps moving.
Terere is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Malcon avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Terere works a leg free and moves into half guard. Malcon trying to control from the bottom.
Malcon really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Terere. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Terere is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Terere is trying to work for a kimura but Malcon is defending well.

Terere thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Terere advances nicely into full mount.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Terere mounts Malcon! Really nice guard pass there! Malcon looks gassed!
Malcon defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Terere. Terere controlling the pace for now. Terere landing strikes, looking to finish!
Terere swings around for an armbar and he's got it! Wow, that came out of nowhere! What a finish!
