Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Felipe Ko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jon Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Ko fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Ko takes a kick to the side of the head.
Ko wants to clinch up but Jones keeps it at a distance.
Ko avoids the head kick by Jones.
Ko misses with a hook
and Jones counters with a stiff right hand.
Ko throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Jones on the side of the head.
Ko is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Jones.

Ko closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Jones's guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Ko slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Jones is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Jones is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Ko has just dragged him back down to the mat.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Felipe Ko just wasn't active enough.
Ko shoots in and drives through. Jones sprawls well.

Jones avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Ko wants to clinch up but Jones keeps it at a distance.

and Jones counters with a flying knee. Nice.
Ko closes this distance looking for a takedown but Jones circles away.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Jones stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Jones wants it to stay on the feet.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Ko.
Jones throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Ko.
Ko throws a series of punches but Jones avoids them all with ease.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

and Jones counters with a series of strikes. Ko will be more careful next time no doubt.

Jones lands a big head kick that sends Ko tumbling to the mat! Jones takes a step backwards and waves Ko back to his feet - he wants the finish!

and Jones counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
Jones throws a head kick but Ko moves out of range.

and Jones counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Ko is lucky that one didn't land flush.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
