Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bill Brasky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chuck Liddell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Bill Brasky has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Bill Brasky seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Bill Brasky!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Chuck Liddell!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Liddell misses with a series of wild punches.
Brasky swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

and Liddell counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Brasky!
Brasky is trying desperately to improve position.
Brasky sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.
Brasky is looking for a sweep. Liddell is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Brasky controls Liddell momentarily but Liddell frees himself.

Liddell got a little sloppy there for a moment and Brasky has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Liddell has managed to get both his arms back between Brasky's legs - danger averted.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Brasky has his feet on Liddell's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Brasky scores with a nice hook to the head.
Brasky lands a shot to the body.
Brasky lands a body shot in the clinch.
Brasky lands with a right to the head.

Brasky breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Brasky, right into the meat.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

It looks like Chuck Liddell has been cut.
Liddell looks gassed!
Brasky scores with a shoulder strike.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Liddell goes for a takedown in the clinch but Brasky prevents it.
A nice right hand lands inside from Brasky.
Brasky keeps control of Liddell as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Brasky lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Brasky throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Liddells head.


That has opened up Chuck Liddell's cut even more.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Brasky.
Brasky lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Brasky crunches a lovely knee into Liddell's ribcage.
Brasky lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Liddell backwards.
Brasky lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Brasky presses Liddell against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Brasky lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Brasky putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Liddell in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body.

Brasky pushes Liddell back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.

Brasky breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Brasky fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Liddell, pushing him back against the cage.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Brasky lands a shoulder strike.
Brasky pushes Liddell back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.

Brasky pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Liddell walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Liddell takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Brasky closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Brasky with a hook.
Brasky lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.


The cut above Chuck Liddell's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Brasky lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Brasky instigates a clinch.
A nice right hand lands inside from Brasky.
Brasky lands a shoulder strike.
Brasky lands with a light punch inside.


Chuck Liddell's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Brasky digs a right hand underneath Liddell's ribcage. Liddell let out a lung full of air as it connected.

Brasky pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Liddell takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Liddell has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Liddell there as he acknowledges the shot.
Bill Brasky seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Brasky closes the distance and clinches.

Brasky's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Brasky lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Liddell takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

Brasky moves into the clinch successfully.
A right hook to the body lands for Brasky.
Brasky scores with a nice hook to the head.
Brasky works on Liddell's body with a couple of short punches.

Brasky's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Brasky closes the distance and clinches.
Brasky scores with an uppercut up the middle.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Brasky lands a nice shot to the body.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Chuck Liddell's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
