Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frank Lin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jong Soo Kim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Frank Lin has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Frank Lin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jong Soo Kim!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Yuuki Gou and Yasuomi Hirokawa.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Soo Kim with a poor takedown
and Lin counters with a nice uppercut.

It looks like Jong Soo Kim has been cut.

Soo Kim feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Soo Kim throws and elbow that misses. Lin uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Soo Kim's guard. Nice move by Lin!
Soo Kim wants to sweep but no luck.

Lin throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Soo Kim can't keep his opponent in guard - Lin advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Soo Kim wants to improve his position but Lin is controlling well.
Lin takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Lin seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.

The referee calls for the fighters to work.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Frank Lin just wasn't active enough.

Soo Kim takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

and Lin counters with a crisp right that sends Soo Kim to the canvas! Lin follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
