PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fe Reti (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Balig Murska (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Fe Reti has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Fe Reti seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Balig Murska!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Reti closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Murska quickly recovers to half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Reti is stalling here. Murska is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Reti seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Murska has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Reti connects with a nice short shot to Murska's temple.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Reti does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

I would just about give that final round to Balig Murska.
I think Murska has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
