Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lostma Braincells (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Maniacal Styles (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Braincells comes to the cage accompanied by BoneCrusher- Aint neva scared. Styles comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Another One Bites The Dust kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Maniacal Styles will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Maniacal Styles!
The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Hugh Johnson and Eliza Hachem.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circling - Braincells throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
A head kick misses from Styles.
Braincells displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Lostma Braincells seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Styles takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Styles does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Braincells clinches up against the cage.
Both fighters working to control the clinch.
Braincells jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Styles walks away with a smile on his face. Braincells gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Braincells lands a glancing blow to the side of Styles's head.
Styles swats away the attempt to clinch by Braincells.
Styles throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Braincells's head.
Braincells fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Braincells avoids the head kick by Styles.

Braincells moves into range and clinches up with Styles.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Styles breaks from the clinch.
Styles swats away the attempt to clinch by Braincells.

Braincells bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Braincells working the ground and pound but Styles is defending the strikes.
Braincells tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
Braincells sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Styles is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Styles can do anything to dispel that myth.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Braincells tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Braincells has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Braincells throws a strike aimed at the side of Styles's head but Styles avoids it well.
Styles tries to improve position but can't.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Braincells misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Styles dodges the ground and pound from Braincells.
Styles is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Braincells asserts his dominance and retains side control.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Braincells wants to lay and pray for a moment but Styles keeps working.
Styles tries to buck Braincells off but Braincells is having none of it.
Styles defending against the ground and pound.

Braincells has an Americana. Styles didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Braincells is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Braincells hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
