Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Brutaali Keijo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kosh Josheck (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Kosh Josheck!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Matti Vanhoillinen and Anni Minnemäki.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Josheck walks into a left hand.

Josheck fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Keijo sprawls well initially but Josheck persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Keijo looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

Keijo working for a triangle but Josheck defends it easily.
Keijo is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Josheck is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Josheck is standing up out of mount! Strange tactic there - he must really want this one on the feet!

Josheck drops back looking for a leg! Keijo is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Keijo manages to kick Josheck off! Josheck jumps back into Keijo's guard.

Keijo misses with an uppercut. Josheck saw that one coming.

Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Keijo swats away the attempt to clinch by Josheck.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Keijo circles away from the clinch attempt.
Keijo throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Keijo is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
Josheck wants to clinch up but Keijo keeps it at a distance.
Josheck tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
A jab from Keijo misses.
A telegraphed right hand from Keijo misses the target.
Keijo throws a hook to the side of Josheck's head but Josheck sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Kosh Josheck showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Josheck has taken the fight to the clinch.
Keijo is pressed up against the cage. Josheck has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Keijo down to the mat. Keijo avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Josheck shoots in and bounces Keijo off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Keijo controls Josheck momentarily but Josheck frees himself.
Josheck stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Keijo swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Josheck got a little sloppy there for a moment and Keijo has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Josheck has managed to get both his arms back between Keijo's legs - danger averted.

You can see the frustration on Keijo's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Keijo tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Josheck wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Josheck remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
Keijo manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.

Keijo is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Josheck pulls his head out easily.

I've got Josheck winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
