The judges for this bout are William Gold, Colin Fotheringham and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mietorlinek has his takedown stuffed
and Eriksson counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Mietorlinek is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Eriksson changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Mietorlinek looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Mietorlinek is rocked!
Mietorlinek misses with a strike from the bottom.
Oh Mietorlinek is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Mietorlinek is trying to improve his position.
Mietorlinek seems to have got his legs back now.
Eriksson tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.

and Eriksson counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Eriksson lands a big head kick that sends Mietorlinek tumbling to the mat! Eriksson takes a step backwards and waves Mietorlinek back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like Wladek Mietorlinek has been cut.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Eriksson dives in and gets a big takedown. He lands in full mount and immediately unloads a series of heavy strikes! Mietorlinek has had enough and taps out.
