Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ricardo Mancini (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jeroen Slaerop (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Ben Zyskovitsi and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slaerop fails with a takedown attempt.
Slaerop tries to close the distance and clinch up but Mancini swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Slaerop paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
It looks like Ricardo Mancini has been cut.
Jeroen Slaerop seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Mancini pulls out of a head kick attempt.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Slaerop crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Mancini - the referee stops the clock and Slaerop gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Mancini. Slaerop manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

and Mancini counters with a takedown into side control.
Slaerop tries to improve position but can't.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Slaerop takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Ricardo Mancini.
