The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Usanovic takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

It looks like Haris Usanovic has been cut.
Marvel throws a right hand that misses
letting Usanovic counter with a right hand.
Marvel doesn't manage to clinch there - Usanovic circles away.
Marvel lands with a straight right. Usanovic didn't see that one coming.
Marvel tries to clinch up
and Usanovic counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Marvel closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Marvel is looking to control Usanovic's arms but Usanovic gets an underhook and turns him. Now Marvel has his back to the cage.
Marvel tries to circle away but Usanovic has him pinned against the cage.
Marvel is looking to break free of the clinch but Usanovic has double underhooks.
Usanovic tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Usanovic jumps into guard, dragging Marvel to the mat.
Marvel has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Usanovic is proving hard to escape from.
Marvel really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Usanovic. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Usanovic is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Usanovic prevents Marvel from standing back up.
Usanovic tries to pass to full mount but Marvel defends it.

Marvel is in trouble now - Usanovic has advanced to mount!

Marvel defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Usanovic.

Usanovic is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Marvel is forced to tap! Great finish!
