Silva has chosen 300 Violin Orchestra as his entrance music. Anderson Jr Silva will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva tries to clinch but Grimesly moves away
and Grimesly counters with a straight right hand.
Silva tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Grimesly moves out of range of the body kick from Silva.

Silva throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Grimesly tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Silva is in Grimesly's guard.
Silva throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Silva throws a strike but Grimesly rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Silva seems keen to control Grimesly's posture.

Silva is pressing down on Grimesly's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.

Grimesly prevents Silva from getting back to his feet.
Grimesly controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Grimesly's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Silva controls Grimesly momentarily but Grimesly frees himself.
Silva looks gassed!

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Silva wants to control position but Grimesly is using a can opener to pass guard... He's turned it into a full on guillotine from mount now! Big trouble for Silva here! He's turning a lovely shade of purple and yep! He's tapping out! I would say world class Jiu Jitsu but is it really? It was nice but let's not get silly about it.
