The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Colin Fotheringham and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miguel closes the distance but Gracie moves to the side
and Gracie counters with a straight right hand.
It looks like Sam Miguel has been cut.
Miguel tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Gracie counters with a nice uppercut.
Miguel is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Miguel tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Gracie counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Miguel changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Gracie looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Gracie is looking for a triangle but Miguel pushes his legs off easily.
Gracie looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Miguel wants to stand but Gracie is controlling his posture from full guard.

Gracie is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Miguel is aware though and is defending well.
Gracie has his feet on Miguel's thighs here. He's pushed Miguel off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Miguel screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
