And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Boby Lee!
The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Chad Campbell and Dean Styles.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stark throws a sloppy body shot
and Lee counters with a nice uppercut.
Stark misses with a right hand
and Lee counters with a stiff right hand.
Stark takes a swing at Lee's ribcage but misses.

Stark drops his hands momentarily and Lee takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Lee lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Lee shoots in looking for a takedown. Stark tries to sprawl out of it but Lee keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Stark manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
C G Stark has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Boby Lee.

This has been an exciting period of action!

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Let's hope that Lee has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
C G Stark has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Well Lee has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
