Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cassidy Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ert Lopus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Jones shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Jones showed some decent athleticism there.
Jones lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.

It looks like Ert Lopus has been cut.
Jones is nestled in close to Lopus, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Jones is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Lopus can do anything to dispel that myth.

Jones passes the guard and advances to mount!

Jones is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Lopus can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

The cut above Ert Lopus's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Ert Lopus's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
