The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reis attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Overeem lands a jab to the head.

Reis takes the fight into the clinch.
A right hand to the body from Reis.

Reis escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Overeem just misses with a punch to the body.
Overeem scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Overeem misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
A punch combination from Overeem misses.
Reis attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Reis slips a jab and a cross from Overeem.
Overeem connects with an inside leg kick.
Reis digs a good body shot into Overeem's ribs.
Reis swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
A slow jab from Overeem misses its intended target.
Reis thows a left - swing and a miss!
Reis walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Reis is rocked!

It looks like Jamal Reis has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Reis gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Overeem points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Reis wakes up just in time to hear Overeem thank his coaches in the post fight interview.
