The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Anthony Taglia and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lacey shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Lacey lands a big shot there that rocks Slice but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Slice regains half guard.
Lacey prevents Slice from improving his position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Slice gets back to half guard.
Slice is looking to improve his position.

Lacey thows a huge punch but Slice dodges it nicely.

Slice is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Slice is working hard here to advance position.
Slice regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Lacey.

Slice looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Slice has momentary wrist control but Lacey slips an elbow through the middle.

That's time! Slice's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

and Lacey counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Slice!
Lacey is landing with some decent strikes but Slice is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Lacey lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Lacey lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Mike Lacey has got the better of the ground game so far.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Slice is rocked!
Slice is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Oh Slice is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Oooooh, big shot lands for Lacey! Slice is hurt baaadly! Lacey is firing away with more strikes - Slice is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
