The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Castro tries to keep at a distance but St Pierre has taken the fight into the clinch.

Castro is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Castro is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and St Pierre defends well.

Castro shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. St Pierre manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

St Pierre is looking for a triangle but Castro pushes his legs off easily.

Castro drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but St Pierre manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Castro has St Pierre in his guard.

Castro is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! St Pierre rolls with it to try and escape but Castro cranks on the arm and St Pierre is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
