The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oneal wants to clinch but Saatana slips to the side

and Saatana counters with a shoot takedown. Oneal fights it but they end up in guard.
Saatana not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Saatana has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Oneal falls off balance throwing a combination

and Saatana counters with a nice double leg into guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Saatana sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Oneal's guard.

Oneal is in all sorts of trouble here.
Saatana wants to control the pace but Oneal is squirming around nicely.
