and Treutiger counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Treutiger.
marmeto can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Treutiger controls the pace.
Let's hope that Treutiger has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

and Treutiger counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

Treutiger drives through with a takedown into guard.
Treutiger sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed marmeto's guard.

Treutiger uses his free foot to push down on marmeto's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for marmeto.

Can marmeto hold on?! Treutiger is landing more strikes to his hapless foe.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
marmeto is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
