Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between MAN HUNTER (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Ramon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
HUNTER throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
HUNTER throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Ramon's waist but Ramon gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing HUNTER off to one side.

HUNTER closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Ramon did well to prevent HUNTER getting side control.
HUNTER seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Ramon does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
HUNTER is really struggling to control Ramon but he's trying to hold on to the position.
Ramon wants to improve his position but HUNTER is controlling well.

Ramon lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but HUNTER circles away quickly and effectively.
A head kick from HUNTER lands but Ramon takes it in his stride.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Jack Ramon hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
HUNTER shoots for a takedown but Ramon saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

HUNTER has closed the distance and engaged Ramon in a clinch.
HUNTER throws an elbow that misses.
HUNTER is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body.
HUNTER gets underhooks to prevent Ramon's takedown attempt.

Ramon is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
HUNTER's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
HUNTER changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Ramon fights it off and pushes away nicely.

HUNTER will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Ramon tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Ramon tries to lock up and control but HUNTER gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
HUNTER lands a nice shot to the head.
Ramon is trying to reverse the position but instead HUNTER has taken his back - oops!
