The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stevenson takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
It looks like Josh Stevenson has been cut.
Amassada dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Amassada moves to clinch but Stevenson breaks away
and Stevenson counters with a stiff right hand.
Stevenson checks the leg kick nicely there.

Amassada is looking to clinch but Stevenson is avoiding it.
Amassada fails with an attempt to clinch.

Stevenson throws a head kick that Amassada semi-blocks.

Amassada tries to close the distance and clinch up but Stevenson swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Amassada throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

Stevenson throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Amassada.
Amassada connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Stevenson! He's out on his feet! Amassada rushes in and drops Stevenson with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
