Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Luiz Cane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nelson Mack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nelson Mack looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Cane gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Mack postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Cane is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Mack, into his guard.

Cane is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Mack is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Cane shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Mack but Mack pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Cane could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

and Cane counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Mack is lucky that one didn't land flush.

Cane makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!
Luiz Cane is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
No luck for Cane with that takedown attempt.

Cane changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mack tries to avoid it but Cane manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mack to the ground. Mack escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
