The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bombay shoots for a double leg takedown but Race sprawls well. He's pushed Bombay's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Race fails with the takedown
and Bombay counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Race!
Race is looking to improve his position but Bombay isn't that keen on the idea.
Race is working hard here to advance position.
Bombay looking to secure an arm triangle but Race defends it well.
Race is looking to get to half guard.
Race manages to regain half guard. Good work.
Bombay thows a huge punch but Race dodges it nicely.
Bombay blocks the strikes from Race.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
